We offer FREE shipping to every customer with no minimum order, We ship goods within 24 hours, and depending on your location they can be delivered to you within 1 to 3 days.

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES

Gullakcart is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address are correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge.

Goods received need to be acknowledged upon delivery at the given address. We take no responsibility for the acknowledgment given by any alternative person other than the person ordering the product at the address mentioned while placing the order.

Since the transactions are authorized by the cardholder, we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order. 

We are not responsible for damage to products once the products have been delivered. 

All claims, if any, for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service within a day of delivery through the contact us page on the web-store.
