We are happy to assist you with returns subject to the following criteria:

  • The products should be purchased only from and not from any other retailer be it online or offline.
  • Return request should be raised within 3 days from the date of delivery. We will not be able to offer a refund or exchange for any orders that exceed the 3 days refund period. 
  • Products should be unused with all the tags and original packaging should remain intact and should be sent along with the products.
  • The product should reach us within 3 days and be in sell-able condition.
  • Personal care appliances cannot be returned due to hygiene issues.
  • Kindly note that during sales, specific rules will apply for returning on sale product; If the correct product has been delivered, only in case we send a wrong product we will accept a return. Unfortunately on sale products, cant is refunded.

Delay in receiving the order

If you don't receive your products and you can't track them, we recommend reaching us by mail so that we can assist you with the right details. We shall handle such issues strictly and take the necessary steps to resolve them at the earliest.

  • In such an event, we can cancel your order and process your refunds the money in your account or track your order and expedite the shipment.
  • You will not be entitled to any cash refunds as per our policy.
  • The return will only be made in form of Paytm

Damaged, Wrong product, Exchanges

Post receipt of the returned Products, our team will inspect the same. Once approved as an eligible return, we will initiate the refund for your transaction and in case of an exchange, we will update your details and ship you the right products. In either scenario, your return or exchange issue will be closed within 1-2 weeks of our receiving of the return package from you. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. The return address is mentioned on the label.

  • Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.


We may provide Refunds in the event of:

1). In certain situations, partial refunds might be granted if applicable (Damage or missing part).

3).Return of products purchased by the Customer, subject to eligibility for return.

4). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

5). On-sale items will not be refunded.

6). Refunds will only be made in your bank account.

7). The return address is mentioned on the invoice.

    Refund Timelines

    We usually initiate eligible refunds within 14 working days from receipt of products at our warehouse. 


    Since the products are displayed online on different screen resolutions, there may be possibilities that the colors or design of the product delivered may vary in actual color. Customers are requested to read all the details and disclaimer on the product page before placing the order.
